The salon's wait times are estimates, and the waiting list is first come, first served. A client who steps away during a wait and is not there when called is taken off the list. Clients planning a perm are asked to call their chosen location first.
Hours differ slightly by location. Teaticket, Orleans, Centerville and South Dennis are open Monday through Saturday from 9am to 6pm and Sunday from 10am to 3pm. Plymouth, Middleborough, East Wareham and Bridgewater keep the same weekday hours and are open Sunday from 10am to 5pm. Individual stylist hours are not published online, so clients call the location to ask.
