The school offers an Esthetician Program, a 100-hour Manicurist Program for beginners, a 450-hour Advanced Manicurist Program and an Apprentice Instructor Program for licensed manicurists and aestheticians who want to teach. The 600-hour Esthetics program covers the state's required knowledge and includes 220 hours of clinical practice, along with coursework in skin biology, skin disorders, electricity and aesthetic equipment, waxing and lash work, makeup, business and ethics. It is designed to prepare students for the esthetician license exam, and the Manicurist program is designed to prepare students for the nail technician exam.

The Student Clinic is where much of the public-facing work happens. Treatments are performed by students training in esthetics and supervised by Licensed Esthetics Instructors, and prices are lower than the regular menu. Students work on other students or mannequins early in the manicurist track, and clients should expect light conversation with their instructor during the session. Appointment slots are set to service times. Walk-ins are taken if time allows, though booking ahead is recommended. Some services, such as body massage and underarm waxing, are offered only on certain weekdays.

The school says each member of its instructional staff has professional clinical experience alongside teaching credentials. It also lists business consulting for salon and beauty school owners, covering business setup, budgeting, operations, licensing review and basic marketing. Alumni can use a VIP Alumni Program and request transcripts, and the school helps with license renewals and license transfers. Financial aid, student loan options and a Massachusetts vocational rehabilitation program are also described.
