Every service begins with a consultation so the waxing can be tailored to the client. Skin care guidance is offered alongside waxing, and the studio sells its own skin care line at the front desk, including an ingrown serum.

The studio works by appointment only and does not accept walk-ins, though appointments can be booked online. Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 9 am to 3 pm, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 am to 7 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 3:30 pm. It is closed on Sundays. Text messages are accepted for appointments outside regular hours.
