Extensions are a particular focus. The studio's own extension line is Slice Strands. Services cover an extension consultation, installs priced per row, removal charged per extension, and move-ups that take out, cleanse and reinstall a set that was previously fitted.
Color work ranges from quick regrowth retouches and grey coverage, which includes a glaze and treatment, to custom color mixed from bowls of color or lightener and color correction. Color correction begins with a consultation, and its price depends on complexity and the products used. Event work is planned in two steps: a discussion session, then a practice run of the hair or makeup look before the event. Hair treatments use the Leaf and Flower product line and can be added to blowouts and styling.
Booking runs through the studio's GlossGenius page, and most services take a deposit with the amount set per service. Cancelling 24 hours or more ahead is charged a 50 percent service charge, while later cancellations are charged the full service amount. Clients can spread payments over time with the Cherry payment plan, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval required before the appointment. The studio is open Tuesday and Thursday from 12 to 7, Friday from 12 to 6, and is closed Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
