Extension work is a major part of the menu: new installs, tape-in extensions, K-tip installs and re-installs, weft moves that replace silicone beads, and removal with a wash, blowout and hair mask. Color work covers balayage and ombre done with the air touch method, reverse balayage, baby lights, face frame highlights, bleach retouches for clients already solid blonde or platinum, bleach on ends, fashion colors, global and retouch color, back-to-natural color, and color correction that can run six hours or more.

Cuts and treatments include women's layered haircuts, bang trims, washes and blowouts, Brazilian blowouts, perms, a hydration reset with hot tool styling, and special event styling. New clients can book a free consultation of up to 20 minutes, which is scheduled between appointments, and extension consultations are offered separately.

Deposits are required for most services, are non-refundable, and are applied to the total. Cancellations made 48 or more hours ahead carry no added fee, while shorter notice is charged 75 percent of the service and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged in full. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Monthly memberships cover unlimited wash and blowouts or two color retouches a month, and gift cards are available.

The salon is open Tuesday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and is closed Sunday, Monday and Wednesday.

According to the salon, its goal is to add a finishing touch that suits each client's personality.
