Manicures run from a classic service, with nail trimming, shaping, cuticle care, a hand massage and regular polish, up to a Signature Manicure that adds an aromatic soak, scrub, hydrating mask, warm towel and gel polish. Gel manicures use gel polish that sets right away. Dipping powder is offered in one solid color, with French or ombre finishes, and can include soaking off an old dip or a full new set.

Pedicures have five tiers. The Classic includes cuticle care, shaping, a warm towel and a five-minute foot massage. The Luxury adds a whirlpool soak, sugar scrub, mud mask, warm towel wrap and an eight-minute massage. The Royal adds extra callus removal, a moisturizing paraffin treatment and a twelve-minute massage, with a choice of jasmine, lavender, cucumber or orange scent. The Organic Firewalker uses Nu Skin organic products and includes an herbal mineral bath, hot stone massage and a complimentary drink. The Cloud 9 Volcano is the most involved, with a detox treatment, exfoliating scrub, collagen mask wrap, steamer and a fifteen-minute hot stone massage.

Nail enhancements include newsets and fills in powder, gel and acrylic, backfills, two-color sets and acrylic removal, along with Gel X, tap and builder gel sets and fills. Acrylic sets can also be done on toenails, with colors billed separately. Children's services cover manicures, pedicures, gel versions and gel polish, with designs on two nails. Waxing is offered for the face, underarms, arms, legs, bikini and Brazilian areas. Prices marked with a plus sign are starting prices and can vary with the complexity of nail art.

Policies to know before booking: completed services are not refunded, and broken nails within three days of a service can be repaired with a receipt or stamp card, with repair fees after that period. Stamp cards cover the current visit only and cannot be combined with other discounts, and cards must be shown during the service. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and cannot be exchanged for cash. Late clients should call ahead, since after a five-minute grace period without notice the technician may take another client. The salon does not remove ingrown nails and refers those concerns to a licensed podiatrist or medical professional.
