On the eyelash side, the business applies strip lashes, full sets of extensions and lash fills, and it also removes existing extensions. A full set usually takes about 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on how many natural lashes a client has and which set is chosen. A fill runs shorter because only the missing lashes are replaced. With good aftercare, extensions can last 4 to 6 weeks, and fills are suggested every 2 to 3 weeks. Clients are asked to avoid mascara on extensions, keep lashes dry for at least 24 hours after application, and clean them with the salon's own cleansing solution. Makeup can still be worn.
Eyebrow services include an enhancement, a wax, and a tint or a lamination each paired with a wax. Waxing covers the upper lip, chin, areola, arms, underarms, legs, bikini area, Brazilian, and gluteal areas, with single areas priced from $12 and full-body options such as a full leg or full arm wax at higher rates.
Booking and payment are set up in advance. A $30 non-refundable deposit is taken when booking and counts toward the total. Services under $30 must be paid in full online at booking. Remaining balances can be paid by cash or credit or debit card; Cash App and Venmo are not accepted. Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice, and the deposit carries over if the new date is within 14 days. Changes made less than 24 hours ahead forfeit the deposit.
Business hours are 6am to 6pm Eastern, Monday through Saturday, with the last appointment at 5:30pm. Appointments booked at 6pm or later carry a $20 after-hours fee. A 15-minute grace period applies; after that a $20 late fee is charged, and after 20 minutes late the client may reschedule or forfeit the deposit. Clients should disclose known allergies when booking. Seating is limited to clients, so children and guests are not allowed, and appointment end times are not guaranteed. No refunds are given once a service has been performed.
