The menu is broad. Manicures range from a basic service to a Royal Princess option, and pedicures run from an express version up to the Velvet Golden Spa, which adds a hot stone massage, foot steam, collagen mask and a hot paraffin treatment for the hands. Signature Pedicure can be done in a choice of scents such as lemon, mango, lavender, green tea and lemongrass. Nail enhancements include acrylic, Pink and White, Liquid Gel, Color Powder, SNS Dipping, Gel X and sculptured sets, and the salon specializes in SNS Dipping Powder and LED Liquid Gel.

Massage comes in Basic (45 minutes), Deluxe (60 minutes) and Ultimate sessions. Basic includes a head shampoo, scalp massage and blow dry, and Deluxe and Ultimate add a hair mask and facial cleansing. Buy-five packages with a free mask are offered at each level. Waxing covers the face, underarms, bikini, legs and more, for both women and men, and eyelash services include tints, clusters and mink lashes.

The salon hosts house parties, wedding parties, working gatherings, group functions and ladies' nights out, and it has a private room for parties. Bridal and birthday parties receive 5% off, and gift certificates are available. Complimentary bottled water and soft drinks are offered, and the About Us page also mentions complimentary wine.

Children are welcome when an adult supervises them. Pets are not allowed, loud phone calls and conversations are not permitted inside, and appointments more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Refunds are not given on services, though the salon will try to address service issues. Clients who are diabetic or have a foot infection may be refused services, and clients are asked to tell staff about any medical conditions, allergies or special needs.

The salon says most of its products are organic and that it follows North Carolina cosmetic art regulations. Manicure and pedicure tools are sterilized and disposed of after each use.

The space includes more than 40 massage chairs and surveillance cameras operate inside and outside the building.
