Appointments are required, and the business is currently accepting new clients.

The business currently operates from a home base, so the address is not public and arrives by email once a booking is confirmed. Open days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with Mondays and Thursdays closed. Saturday and Sunday run as shorter afternoon sessions, while the weekday evenings run later.

Bookings require a $25 nonrefundable deposit. New clients start with a full set, and the business does not work over lash extensions done elsewhere. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean face, free of makeup and oil products. Fill-ins should be booked early to stay within the two-week window, and a new set is recommended after roughly five to six fill-ins. If less than 40 percent of lashes remain, a fresh set is charged.

Travel and house call fees start at $50 and increase with distance. Squeeze-ins outside regular availability need approval and carry a $50 fee. Cash is preferred for the remaining balance, and card payments carry a 5 percent fee. Children and extra guests are not permitted. Concerns about lashes must be raised within 72 hours of the appointment.
