Clients should give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel, and cancellations made later carry a fee. Appointments booked for the next day or the same day require a deposit to hold the time, and that deposit is non-refundable. A virtual general consultation is offered, and it costs nothing when a service is booked for the same day.
