Every appointment must be booked online, and a non-refundable deposit reserves the time. Appointments may be confirmed by text. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the service. A deposit cannot be moved to a canceled appointment, so a new booking and another deposit are needed. Space is limited to one adult per child, and extra company or guests are not allowed. Children age 5 and up may sit alone for their service.

To prepare, hair should arrive detangled and combed out. Styles already in a child's hair are not removed, so previous braids are not taken out first. Hair must be washed before any box braid style. Arriving more than 15 minutes late is treated as a cancellation with no refund. An extra fee may apply if the stylist has to work through a service that is difficult to complete.

Hours are Tuesday 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Wednesday 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and Friday 9:00 am to 6:45 pm. Thursday and Saturday are by appointment, and the studio is closed Monday and Sunday.

Keeps communication open with parents and works with them so the child has a good experience.
