Visits begin with a deposit, which is half of the service total and is applied to the bill. Clients are asked to arrive on time, since a late arrival has a fee and arriving more than 15 minutes late can cost the appointment and the deposit. Only clients who are being serviced may stay in the salon during appointments.

Nail art is one of the larger parts of the menu. Hand drawn designs start at $20 and vary by design, while ombre, French tip and encapsulation work is a flat $20. Chrome, cateye, marble, 3D lines, charms, stickers, foils and loose glitter are priced per two nails or for a full set of ten, and full bling nails are priced by length. Nail art has to be booked ahead; designs that are not booked in advance may be simplified to fit the time available.

Payment is preferred in cash, though cards and tap-to-pay are accepted with a $4 card fee. All services carry 8% sales tax. Cancellations or reschedules with at least 48 hours' notice avoid fees, and no-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit.
