The clinic was founded by Rimma Chamova, who began as an aesthetician in Ukraine more than 20 years ago and became interested in neurotoxins and dermal fillers there. After moving to California she became a licensed registered nurse and opened Primma. Medical oversight comes from Medical Director Shadi Kranitz, MD.

A first visit starts with a free 30-minute consultation with a provider. It includes a facial analysis covering bone structure, skin quality, muscle movement and volume distribution, along with a review of medical history. Treatment plans may combine neurotoxins, fillers and mesotherapy, sequenced over time, and filler plans start with less product and are planned across the whole face rather than one area.

Neurotoxin treatments are priced by area, at $395 for women and $495 for men for up to one third of the face, and are described as flat-rate with no per-unit charges. Neurotoxin treatments include a complimentary touch-up at a required two-week follow-up if that visit falls within 14 days of treatment.

Primma also runs medically supervised GLP-1 weight management, administered in clinic with a medical evaluation, injections and progress monitoring at follow-up visits. Monthly pricing does not rise with dose. Online GLP-1 care through Primma Wellness is delivered by telehealth with home delivery, and the business says local clients can pair it with in-person support at the Newport Beach clinic.

The clinic sells the PurpleU skincare collection, built around baobab botanicals, and the U.SK Under Skin collection. Hours are Monday and Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, and Wednesday by appointment, with the clinic closed Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
