Braid pricing depends on whether hair is added. Braids and twists on natural hair with no added hair start at $85, with beads charged as an extra fee. Braids with extensions for tweens and adults include hair and start at $100, and knotless braids for adults include hair and start at $120. Kids' knotless braids and kids' braids with extensions are offered for kid-length hair; adult pricing applies if hair is past shoulder length or thick. Crochet styles start at $130 without hair, Miracle Knots are $150 with no braiding hair added, and passion twists start at $150 and usually run about three hours or more. Silk presses start at $60 and include shampoo and blow out. Options add a trim or deep conditioner, a trim with a deep treatment, or a platinum version with hot oil or clay mask, steam, trim or dusting. A shampoo and blow dry with no style costs $25 and takes about 15 minutes. Locs start at $150 with hair included, and crochet locs are wrapped at the roots only without hair. Hair color starts at $10, must be booked with a style, and requires verbal approval or a consultation with the stylist first.

Wig care is offered as Prime Wig Maintenance at $70, but only for units made by Prime Strands; outside units are not serviced. If a unit has a construction issue, the owner will fix it, and clients can send a detailed message with pictures. New clients, meaning people not served in the salon within the past three months or clients with a history of frequent cancelling or rescheduling, pay a non-refundable $25 deposit for each appointment, which is deducted from the service price. A deposit link is sent, and appointments are canceled if the deposit is not paid within 30 minutes. Cancelling without 48 hours notice or not showing up forfeits the deposit, which cannot be used to reschedule, and new clients must pay the deposit for three consecutive visits. All sales are final, with no returns or exchanges. Gift cards are sold through Square in amounts of $25, $50, $75 and $100 or a custom amount, and group gift cards let several contributors pool money for one recipient.
