Most aesthetic and medical appointments are booked with a $25 deposit that secures the date and time and is applied to the service. The Aesthetics Evaluation has its own $25 deposit, which is deducted when a treatment is booked that day and refunded if no treatment is done. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours ahead to avoid losing the deposit. Sculptra and Radiesse begin with a consultation where pricing is set; their deposit is half the price and must be cancelled 72 hours ahead. Weight loss packages require a medical consultation with a provider before purchase to confirm eligibility, and a telemedicine consultation for weight loss care is available for $25.
