It is a pick-up service, so installation is booked separately, and clients can supply their own hair. Custom units require a 4x4 or 5x5 lace closure with no frontals, and a phone consult is available for questions.
According to the salon, every service includes a premium shampoo, a steam treatment that deepens conditioning, scalp care, trimming if necessary and styling by a professional. Braid styles such as butterflies are made with added extension hair in a low-tension install and generally hold for two to three weeks when cared for properly. Bookings are taken on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and on Saturday mornings.
