Other waxing services, including back, chest, chin, eyebrow, lip, nostril, sideburn, neck, stomach and full or half arm and leg waxes, are priced by the salon and vary by service. Clients who use acne medications or creams are advised to check with a healthcare professional before waxing.

Clients can book online, by phone, or in person. Appointments that are more than 15 minutes late may not be kept, and cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours notice. Refunds are not given for services performed. The salon accepts cash, credit cards and gift cards, and credit card payments carry a 6% processing fee. Gift cards cannot be used to add a tip at checkout, so clients should bring cash for gratuities, which are optional and go directly to the provider. Gel, acrylic and dipping powder services are covered by a 5-business-day guarantee for chips or lifting, and regular polish is not. Repairs after that period cost $5 or more. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and children under 10 are charged kids' pricing for nail services. The salon can also host bridal showers, birthdays, bachelorette and bachelor parties, corporate gatherings and casual get-togethers, and asks that groups arrange events in advance.
