Balayage starts at $305 for short hair with a style or blowout, and appointments can run three to six hours, often with added services such as all-over color, root melt or toner. All-over color is a single-process color from scalp to ends and is priced by hair length. Inoa Color is available as a $19 add-on, which the salon describes as ammonia-free and gentler on the scalp, backed by 22 patents. Corrective color can remove unwanted tones, reduce brassiness in blonde, adjust tone and return hair to a natural shade. It has no set price, since cost depends on the work needed, and it may take several visits or weeks. Specialty and corrective color are priced at an in-salon consultation, and the front desk cannot quote color prices over the phone, though complimentary consultations are offered for pricing questions. First-time color, balayage and color correction clients must add a blowout.

Hair extensions start at $285 after a complimentary consultation. Methods include hand-tied, tape-in, fusion, custom blend, wefts, k-tip and i-tip, and extension hair is custom ordered for each client. Kerastase FUSIO-DOSE treatments are $42, and the Kerastase Chronologiste treatment is $150. A Keratin Express treatment at $130 is meant to replace keratin lost through color services and help hold color. Cuts, blowouts and up-styles are priced by hair length and stylist level, and trial up-styles are best booked two to three weeks before an event. The Express Spa menu includes collagen masks, and waxing covers lip, eyebrow and eyebrow tint services.

The salon uses a level system in which stylists' prices rise slightly as they move up, so similar services can carry different prices. Promotion is based on guest satisfaction, guest retention, performance and education rather than years of experience. The salon says staff training is ongoing from hire through a career. Booking requires a 50% deposit of the services total and a credit card. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit, and clients more than 15 minutes late are likely to be asked to reschedule with a 50% fee. Appointments can be booked online at any time, and an online waitlist is available.

Stylist levels are based on guest satisfaction, retention, performance and education rather than years in the chair, and pricing follows those levels.
