Brow services include quick maintenance shaping and waxing, threading (including a combined brow and upper lip option), and henna brows with a color customized to the client. Brow lamination includes a consultation, brow mapping, a custom tint and a conditioning treatment. The studio says lamination typically lasts four to six weeks and henna about two weeks, depending on hair growth, skin type, lifestyle and aftercare.

The lash menu centers on a keratin-infused lash lift. Clients can book it alone or in one of two bundles that pair it with brow services, saving $25 or $35. Packages can be bought with Buy Now, Pay Later, and package credits apply automatically at checkout.

Permanent makeup is the studio's most detailed area. It includes ombré and powder brows, lip blush and lip neutralization (the latter designed for melanin or hyper-pigmented lips that want to camouflage blue or purple tones), lashline eyeliner tattoo, color boosts, correction of earlier brow work, and PMU tattoo removal, where the number of sessions depends on how much pigment is in the skin. Several touch-up services are for returning clients only and are timed from their last session. Finalizing touch-ups are booked separately from the first appointment. Previously tattooed brows need photo approval before booking ombré brow services, and correction requires clear, makeup-free photos and approval, with some brows possibly needing removal first.

The salon enforces firm booking rules. Cancelling or rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice. Deposits and booking fees cannot be refunded, although a deposit can be moved once to a different date if that notice is given. A change made on the same day means the deposit is kept. Where no deposit was taken, the salon may charge 50% of the service price to the card on file. A client who does not show up may be charged up to the full price and must pay in advance before booking again. Making a booking through the website means accepting this policy.
