A first visit is set aside for a consultation and typically runs about an hour. The technician runs a hair and skin analysis and reviews health history before choosing settings, and a test spot can be done for clients who are cleared for treatment. If laser turns out not to suit a client at that stage, the $20 booking deposit is refunded in full. Otherwise the deposit is credited toward the first visit.

Sessions are paid as you go, with no packages or long-term contracts. A typical series is six to twelve treatments, spaced four to twelve weeks apart depending on the area. The business says laser provides lasting hair reduction rather than guaranteed removal of every hair, and maintenance sessions may be needed later. Laser does not work on blonde, red, gray or white hair.

Before a series, clients are asked to shave the area closely and to avoid tanning and tanning products for ten days. Waxing, tweezing, sugaring and threading are not allowed on the treated area during the series. Treatment is offered to adults aged 18 and up. It is not performed on anyone who is pregnant, and appointments pause if a client becomes pregnant during a series. It is not done directly over tattoos, and it is not scheduled within ten days of taking photosensitizing medications such as certain antibiotics.
