Clients book by appointment, online or through the studio. A non-refundable deposit secures each booking. Custom wigs need a deposit of half the total wig cost to begin construction, and the booking fee counts toward that amount. Custom wig consultations cover scalp health, hair goals, style, length, texture, color and lace type, include head measurements, and end with a quote for the total wig cost.
Natural hair services include silk presses, including a chemical-free smoothing version, curl and style touch-ups, detangling and takedowns, and extension volume or color add-ons. Weaving options range from sew-in maintenance and quick weaves to lace closure sew-ins, a bob sew-in with extensions included, and a combined extension and sew-in bundle. Wig services cover installation, re-installation, lace touch-ups and replacement, cap adjustments, basic maintenance and coloring.
Regular clients can buy Priceless Privé Pass packages of 3, 6 or 9 visits at a discount, usable across silk press, hydrate and define, quick weave and wig install. A separate 3-visit Healthy Hair pass is valid for 12 months. Hair should arrive detangled and free of heavy product unless a takedown is booked. Late arrivals get a 10-minute grace period, cancellations need 24 hours' notice, only clients receiving a service may bring guests, and all services are final sale.
According to the studio, its services put the health and integrity of clients' natural hair first, with the aim of leaving each client feeling beautiful, appreciated and empowered.
