Botox and Dysport are the FDA-approved neuromodulators used for anti-wrinkle treatment. They are priced at $11 per unit, with a $12 per unit New Client Special. Listed areas include the glabella, forehead, crow's feet, brow lift and lip flip, with typical doses given for each. Little to no downtime is expected: results begin within 2 to 5 days and are fully visible by about 12 days, lasting an average of 3 to 5 months. For the first day or two, vigorous exercise is avoided, and lying down or bending over is avoided for four hours. A lip flip can be added to a lip filler visit for $40.

The Core Client membership has three levels at $100, $250 and $500 per month, each with a $77 sign-up fee and an annual budget of $1,200, $3,000 or $6,000. Members receive $12 per unit neuromodulator pricing and access to all specials, and membership funds sit in a Preva Bank that does not expire and can be used on any service or retail item. Higher levels add discounts on filler, Sculptra, PRF, retail skincare and lasers, plus one free Moxi laser per year and complimentary Pronox.
