Appointments are booked through the business's GlossGenius page, and a deposit holds each booking. Cancellations and reschedules cannot be made within the 24-hour appointment window: the deposit is forfeited and a new one is needed to rebook. Clients have 10 minutes past their start time; after that the appointment is cancelled, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is needed. No-shows forfeit the deposit and may not be serviced again.
The business is open Wednesday from 1:30 to 4 PM, Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM and Sunday from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.
