Appointment times run on a fixed schedule. Weekday hours are in the morning, Saturday is the longest day at 7 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday is a shorter morning session. Times for each style range from about 2 hours for simpler cornrows to 12 hours for the largest knotless knee-length installs, so clients can plan a full day around a longer style.

Booking requires a $25 non-refundable deposit, paid by Zelle immediately after booking; without it the appointment is cancelled. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and a no-call, no-show also cancels the appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the visit too. Cash and Zelle are the only accepted payment methods. Appointments are for the booked client only, so guests, including children, are not part of the visit.

Pricing depends on the style. Some listed prices include braiding hair, while others, such as several knotless and box braid styles, are listed as not including hair, so clients should check the hair status before booking. Box braids need hair at least 4 inches long, and clients with shorter hair can choose an add-on. Bohemian knotless styles also offer an add-on for extra fullness.
