The studio sells Brazilian bundles, frontals and closures in a range of textures and lengths, which it describes as top quality. Its shop also carries HD lace closures and 13x4 HD frontals and wigs, and the online shop lists hair extensions, lashes and accessories. Some shop items, including the luxury Brazilian bundles and frontals, can be paid for in four interest-free installments.

Visits are by appointment only, with no walk-ins. Every service must be booked by calling 404-201-8991, or the appointment will be deleted. A $25 non-refundable deposit, paid by Cash App or Zelle, secures the appointment and goes toward the balance, which is due on the day in cash, Zelle or Apple Pay. Children, pets and extra guests are not allowed because the space is limited, and a $20 late fee applies after 15 minutes.

Color services need hair dropped off three to four days before the appointment, and last-minute wash, cut or color add-ons are not accepted. Custom units take up to 10 business days, with the studio aiming to finish them in the first week. There are no refunds or exchanges on any service, and sizing problems must be reported within three days of receiving a unit. Sunday appointments can be added for $50.
