Every client starts with a 30-minute new client consultation, which costs $50 and must be completed before any treatment. Treatment plans are built around each client's hair growth, goals and lifestyle, and they are adjusted as needed. Appointments are booked by treatment time rather than through a fixed package, so clients choose the length that suits the area they want treated.

Face and body (non-bikini) electrolysis is priced at $55 for 5 minutes, $80 for 15 minutes, $110 for 30 minutes, $150 for 45 minutes and $180 for 60 minutes. Bikini and Brazilian electrolysis runs $150 for 30 minutes, $175 for 45 minutes and $200 for 60 minutes. Longer appointments can be made up by combining these rates. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Treatment areas include the face, chin, sideburns, cheeks, jawline, lips, eyebrows, ears, nose, hairline, neck, arms, shoulders, fingers, underarms, back, chest, stomach, breasts, areola, legs, thighs, toes, and the bikini and Brazilian areas. Men can receive electrolysis for beard shaping, the neck, chest, back and body hair. A Cataphoresis or HF pre and post care treatment is available for $15.

Clients are asked to grow hair for three days before a visit and to arrive clean, without makeup or deodorant in the treatment area. Facial clients should avoid retinols or harsh skincare for at least a week beforehand. Afterward, the business advises sunscreen, a cold compress for swelling, and no picking at scabs or plucking, waxing or threading between visits. Clients with medical conditions affecting the skin, heart, blood or hair, and those who are pregnant, are advised to check with their physician first.

Booking is done by texting or calling 760.533.9896 or through the contact form on the booking page. Accepted payments include major credit cards, HSA and FSA, Apple Pay, Zelle and cash. Cancellations or reschedules with at least 48 hours' notice carry no fee. Shorter notice, no-shows and arriving 10 or more minutes late are charged according to the policy, and late arrivals shorten the treatment while the full booked time is charged.
