Every visit starts with a personalized consultation, and a complimentary consultation is offered before every service. Stylists say they train continuously to keep up with current techniques and trends, and the salon states that every stylist is licensed. Services work with all hair textures, including curly, coily and natural hair.

The menu is grouped into haircuts and styling, color, everyday blowouts and styling, texture and treatment styling, special occasion and bridal work, treatments and spa services, laser hair removal, and hair restoration. Color services range from gloss and toner and full color to highlights, ombré, balayage and color correction, which is priced after a consultation.
