Color is the core of the menu. Services range from a quick touch-up for grays at the part line and hairline, to root touch-ups, glosses, all-over color, and highlight, balayage and platinum packages. Block color is a multi-dimensional placement that differs from traditional highlights. The most involved service is a vivid color transformation, which starts at $500, runs up to five hours and requires a consultation first. Several blonding services include a K18 treatment, and some also include a toner and a blowout.
Extension work is offered as well. A 30-minute extension consultation is complimentary, and a deposit is taken only if the client decides to go ahead. A haircut, bang trim and add-on haircut are available alongside color, and a blowout is offered on its own or as an add-on. Blowouts for clients who currently wear extensions carry a $10 up-charge.
Booking runs on deposits. Every appointment requires one, and it must be paid within 24 hours of booking or the appointment is canceled. Deposits go toward the service total and are non-refundable, though changes made with at least 48 hours' notice can move the deposit to a new date. Late arrivals have a 10-minute grace period, and after two no-shows clients can no longer book, with medical emergencies as an exception. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and they are final once sold.
The salon offers a free consultation before color and extension work so the stylist can review hair history and goals first.
