Sugaring paste is made from lemon juice, sugar and water and is applied at body temperature. Clients are asked not to shave or trim hair before an appointment. The studio suggests booking when hair has grown to about the size of a grain of rice, roughly two weeks after the last shave.

Clients who would rather not make conversation can request the Silent Service at no charge. The staff welcomes the client and plays music for the appointment instead.

Booking runs on a firm cancellation policy. Cancellations by phone or text at least 24 hours ahead avoid the full service fee, and same-day cancellations are not accepted, except moving to another time that day. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show, and the full fee applies. Sugaring can be done during a period when a tampon or menstrual cup is in place, and rescheduling is available on request.

After a service, the studio advises avoiding exfoliation of the treated area for at least 72 hours, and avoiding exercise, hot tubs, saunas and pools for 24 to 48 hours.

Sugaring is the core method, and each client receives preparation and aftercare guidance for their visit.
