Services are booked by appointment only. The studio is open Monday, Friday and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and closed on Sundays. Gift cards can be bought through the booking page.
The menu covers classic, real mink, volume and mega volume full sets, with touch-ups at a shorter visit for clients who are already wearing extensions. Each full set has a listed visit length, from about two hours for classic and real mink sets to about two hours and twenty minutes for volume sets. Bottom lashes are offered as an add-on that must be booked alongside another lash service. Lash removal is also available; the menu lists its length but no price.
The salon also offers a lash lift, a perm that curls natural lashes for up to six to eight weeks, and a brow wax and lip wax. Clients are asked to arrive with the eye area free of makeup, lashes clear of mascara and eyeliner, and to skip coffee on the day of the appointment.
Extensions are placed about 1 mm from the skin so the natural lash cycle can continue without irritation. The salon says it avoids applying extensions too heavy for everyday wear and focuses on lash health.
