Color is the main focus. Options range from a basic application for grey retouch or one shade from scalp to ends, with or without a haircut, to dimensional color that includes full highlights, lowlights, balayage and lived-in color with a haircut and styling. Partial blonding with a haircut is also offered. For bolder looks, there is full fantasy color in vivid shades such as pink, purple and blue, which takes about five hours and where a consultation is recommended, and a peekaboo option that places fantasy color beneath the top layer of hair.

Cuts and styling cover medium-to-long hair reshaping, short maintenance cuts with or without a blow-dry, and kids cuts for ages 12 and under. A blowout with a full cleanse, conditioning and round-brush finish is available, as is a half-formal style such as loose curls, soft waves, polished blowouts or half-up looks. Extra time can be added for excessively long or thick hair. Returning guests receive a complimentary bang trim and neck shape-up.

Clients considering a transformative service can book a free 30-minute consultation first. Gift cards are offered. The salon's policies are clear: a 50% fee applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, clients who no-show on the day of service are charged the full service price, and all sales are final.
