Brow shaping can be done without wax or tint, using a brow razor, tweezers and scissors, and the shaping service is designed for clients with sensitive skin. Brow hairs can be filled in with a Damone Roberts brow pencil as part of that appointment. For a fuller result, the wax and tint service uses a skin-sensitive conditioning warm wax, darkens brow hairs with tint and finishes with a highlighter. Clients whose tint fades quickly can book a shorter touch-up that re-tints the brows and includes reshaping.

Brow lamination is a brow perm application that is done with wax and tint. Because it is a longer appointment, clients should keep brows dry for 24 hours afterward and avoid steam, swimming and exercise for up to 48 hours. Strip lashes can be added to any brow service or booked on their own, and they are applied with latex-free lash glue. Clients who bring their own lashes receive a small discount on either option. Removal of lash extensions takes about 30 minutes and also cleans the natural lashes, though it can run up to an hour when a lot of glue was used.

Clients pay by cash, card, Zelle or PayPal. Appointments need to be rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead if a client cannot attend, and there is a 20-minute grace period for late arrivals; after that, the appointment may need to be moved. The address is sent to clients before their visit, and clients are encouraged to read service details before booking and to message with any questions.
