Prices for knotless and boho knotless braids are set by length and size, and the shop lists them in shoulder, midback, waist and butt lengths, from small to large.

Hair is not included in the braiding prices, so clients should plan to bring or buy their own hair. Traditional sew-ins are offered in shoulder, midback and butt lengths, also without hair. Take-downs are priced by size, and a wash and blow dry is available as a separate service.

Cornrow and stitch braid prices are ranges or vary by style, so the shop asks clients to call for an exact quote before booking. Design cornrows, kids cornrows and kids single braids have their own starting prices. Prices may change with hair thickness and length.

Booking works in two ways. Clients can request a same-day appointment, and every appointment is confirmed by the shop. Monday and Tuesday are by appointment only, while the shop is open Wednesday through Sunday from 8:30am to 5pm, with the last appointment at 4pm. Listed styles need a deposit of 10% of the price paid online, and custom styles need a $30 deposit, with clients asked to text a photo of the style they want. Clients who opt in get a reminder text 12 hours before their visit.

The shop has a Style Match tool where clients upload up to three inspiration photos and describe their hair goals to receive a suggested service. A rewards program lets clients earn 100 points for every $100 spent when they give a phone number at checkout, and every 100 points is worth $3 off the next style, valid for six months. Clients are asked to arrive on time with hair clean, detangled and blow dried.
