About

Pretty Bare Wax Studio is a waxing studio in Jacksonville, located at 9041 Southside Blvd, Suite 177 (listed elsewhere as Suite 107). The studio is built around waxing, and its service menu is grouped into Brazilian, body, face, legs, men's, add-ons, packages and a few other options.

Face waxing covers brows, lip, chin, ears, nostrils, sideburns, neck and a full face service, with combinations such as brow and lip or lip and chin. Body services range from a stomach strip and butt strip to full back, full stomach, buttock, shoulders, underarms, and half or full arms. Leg waxing includes toes, half legs and full legs. Men can book lower back, chest, full stomach and back services. Brazilian options include a bikini wax, a skip-the-strip version, a full Brazilian with front and butt strip, and an inner thigh service.

Two add-ons pair with waxing: a hydro jelly mask for the Brazilian area, priced from $20, and one for the underarms at $15. Packages bundle several areas, including a Brazilian with inner thigh, a Brazilian with underarms, a bare side package, a Brazilian with full leg, and a fully bare package with Brazilian, full leg and underarms. A random service at $20 is also listed.

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours ahead. Later changes carry a fee of 30% of the reserved services, and clients who arrive more than 7 minutes late are treated as no-shows and charged the cancellation fee. Any cancellation fee must be paid before a new appointment can be booked. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and can be set for scheduled delivery. Gift card sales are final.

Hours are Monday 9:30 AM to 2 PM, Wednesday and Friday 11 AM to 3 PM, Thursday 4 PM to 8 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 1 PM. The studio is closed on Tuesdays.

A waxing-only studio where the owner performs the services herself, with an emphasis on comfort and a clear, step-by-step visit.
