The nail menu opens with Express, a quicker visit that includes a warm soak, nail trim, filing, cuticle care and a light massage, priced at $35 for hands and $45 for feet. Organic swaps in non-toxic polish remover and organic cuticle products and adds a hot stone massage using organic lotion, at $59 for hands and $69 for feet. Hot Oil Therapy builds on the basic service with a warm, hydrating oil soak, at $62 for hands and $72 for feet. Prettify Me Signature is the most extensive option, combining a coconut milk soak, sugar scrub, mask, paraffin treatment, callus removal and a hot stone massage lasting 15 minutes for hands or 20 minutes for feet, at $96 for hands and $119 for feet. Regular polish is included, and gel polish can be added for an extra $15.

A premium spa pedicure line sits alongside these, with four named services, each built around a theme. Kyoto Matcha Zen ($59) uses a green tea soak, matcha sugar scrub, green tea mask and an 8-minute massage. Himalayan Salt Serenity ($68) pairs a lavender and Himalayan pink salt soak with lavender scrub and mask and a 10-minute massage. Santorini Silk ($79) is a warm milk bath with a honey scrub, mask, paraffin and a 12-minute massage. Bora Bora Bliss ($98) combines a coconut milk soak, coconut and lime scrub, mask, paraffin, callus treatment and a 15-minute hot stone massage.

Nail enhancements include hard gel, soft gel, hybrid gel, Biab gel, dipping powder and Gel-X. Hard gel fill starts at $60, overlay at $65 and full set with tips at $80. Soft gel fill starts at $55 and overlay at $60. Hybrid gel starts at $70 for a fill and $90 for a full set with tips. Dipping powder overlay starts at $60 and a full set at $75. Gel-X full sets start at $70 and fills at $65. Removal of dipping powder, acrylic, Gel-X, builder gel and polygel is $30 on its own, or $10 to $20 when booked with another service. Nail art is priced by the number of nails and the design level, from $10 for two simple nails up to $80 for ten advanced nails.

Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, underarms, bikini, back, chest and stomach. A separate kids menu covers clients aged 12 and under, with polish changes from $15, gel manicures from $23 to $38, pedicures from $29 to $44 and combined manicure and pedicure options from $46 to $70. Appointments can be booked through the online Book Now link, by phone at (510) 274-5554, or by WhatsApp, and the salon says its appointment times are flexible.

The salon provides a repair warranty lasting 7 days from the date of the original service. It does not apply to changes in color, shape or length made after the appointment, or to work done at another salon. Repairs requested after the 7-day window carry a standard fee, which is discussed before the service. Cancellations and reschedules require at least 2 hours' notice. Appointments are not held for clients arriving more than 10 minutes late, and repeated late cancellations or no-shows may restrict a client to walk-in service. Services are not performed on nails with visible infection or open wounds. For painful or deeply ingrown toenails, the salon recommends seeing a podiatrist, and services may follow medical clearance. Only clients receiving a service may enter the service area, and only certified service animals are permitted. The premises are monitored by 24/7 video surveillance. Staff may photograph nails for promotional use unless a client asks them not to before the service.
