Lash sets are available in Classic, Hybrid and Volume styles, and the Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Premium Classic options also come in dark brown versions. Regular sets take about 2 to 2 hours 15 minutes depending on style, and regular lashes last up to 2 to 3 weeks, so fills are typically booked every 2 to 3 weeks; after the 3-week mark a full set is booked instead. Premium sets use a clear gel adhesive that is cured with a curing device, and the salon states the lashes are oil and waterproof. Premium lashes last 6 to 8 weeks, with fills recommended every 3 to 4 weeks and a full set booked after 4 weeks.
Electrolysis is offered as permanent hair removal. New clients start with a consultation that includes a 10-minute trial, which takes about an hour and costs $20. A refundable $20 booking deposit secures that consultation and is returned on the day of the visit. New clients must complete the consultation and trial before scheduling treatments, and clients are asked to let hair grow for 3 to 5 days beforehand. Treatments are priced by time, from 10 minutes up to 120 minutes, and bikini treatments have their own pricing for 15, 30 and 45 minutes.
Booking is handled by phone or text at (502) 221-9942. Cancellations and reschedules need to be made at least 48 hours ahead. Lash removal is available by request and carries a nonrefundable $30 deposit, and electrolysis cancellations on short notice or no-shows forfeit the booking deposit. A loyalty program awards points for bookings, signing up, birthdays and following on social media, and points can be redeemed for dollar-off credits toward the lowest-priced item in the cart.
Lash extensions are customized to each client, and new electrolysis clients begin with a consultation and trial before committing to a treatment plan.
