The studio works from inside Serenity Salon at 101 Hill Rd N in Pickerington and is open Wednesday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM. Gel work is the core of the menu, from a basic gel manicure with cuticle cleanup and cuticle oil finish (about 45 minutes, for ages 10 and up) to a Structure Gel overlay on natural nails, a Gel X manicure that adds soft tip length, and a longer Russian manicure.

Nail art is sold as tiered add-ons priced by complexity. Level 1 covers simple dots and lines, while higher levels move through more designs, French tips, airbrush, ombre and 3D work, and very intricate full-set designs at Level 5. Chrome and a French tip are also available as add-ons, and an after-hours French manicure is offered. If a client brings a picture of a design above the level booked, the price is adjusted to match.

Permanent jewelry is offered in bracelets from $55, anklets from $65 and necklaces from $85, with appointments of roughly 25 to 30 minutes. The first re-zap on jewelry bought here is free, and re-zaps for jewelry from another provider, as well as re-sizing, are also available. Gel X removal is $15 when the Gel X was applied by this studio and must be added to a Gel X service, or $25 for Gel X applied elsewhere or removal only. Dip and acrylic removal are not offered.

Cancelling within 36 hours incurs a 50% fee, and cancelling within 24 hours or a no-show incurs the full booked price. Rescheduling follows the same rules, and arriving 15 minutes or more late counts as a no-show. Permanent jewelry cancellations or reschedules within 36 hours carry a $40 fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
