Services are grouped into facials, body treatments, add-ons and consultations, and the studio is open Tuesday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 7 PM, Friday until 6 PM, and weekends from 8 AM to 4 PM, closed on Mondays.

The facial menu runs from a teen facial for ages 13 to 17 through a 60-minute classic facial with a double cleanse, dermaplaning, enzyme mask, extractions, LED light and an SPF finish. The longer signature facial, at 110 minutes, adds skin analysis, cupping, gua sha, and hand and arm massage. Other options include microdermabrasion for uneven tone, texture, photoaging, stretch marks, melasma and scars, a PCA chemical peel, a diamond-tip hydro-dermabrasion facial followed by cryotherapy, a microchanneling glass-skin facial with a PDRN booster, a TCA peel given as a series, and a Procell microchanneling treatment for the face and neck.

The Acne Bootcamp program begins with a consultation and treatment for new clients, then continues with treatments every two weeks alongside a customized homecare routine. Visits may include extractions, enzyme therapy, corrective masks and LED light, and the program uses Face Reality treatments.

Body services center on wood therapy, which uses wooden tools for contouring and circulation and is usually booked as a series. The cellulite reduction treatment uses vacuum radiofrequency, and the radiofrequency skin tightening treatment is typically done over several sessions. The single body treatment and the 4- and 6-session body sculpting packages combine ultrasonic cavitation, radiofrequency skin tightening, wood therapy and light lymphatic work. Packages and sessions expire six months after purchase, with no exceptions. Wood therapy can be added only to a body treatment.

New clients can book a free 30-minute consultation with their first facial, and a free 20-minute silent appointment is available with any treatment for clients who prefer little conversation. Booking deposits range from $20 to $250 depending on the service. Cancellations and no-shows within 24 hours of an appointment are charged 50 percent. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered in person for purchases from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Many treatments are designed as a series, with homecare and follow-up sessions recommended along the way.
