The studio says its appointments are not rushed and that each client receives a dedicated time slot. Appointments are preferred. Eyebrow, eyelash, and threading and waxing services are priced by appointment, according to the booking site.

Before a visit, clients complete a consent form for their chosen service, either electronically or on paper. Deposits are refundable up to 24 hours before the appointment, while later cancellations are non-refundable and carry a transaction fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the booking and forfeits the deposit. Pets are not allowed, and children may attend only the consultation, not eyelash services or brow lamination. Active military, military retirees, and first responders receive 10% off.

For lashes, the studio says it uses current techniques and high-end products. Eyelash extension clients should raise any concerns within 24 to 48 hours of treatment, and a charge applies after 48 hours if more work is needed. Volume refills at 14 days require at least half of the extensions to remain; otherwise a full set is booked.

Treatments are meant to enhance natural beauty, and each client is given a dedicated appointment time so visits are not hurried.
