The silk press is the core of the service menu. Options range from a standard maintenance press to a new-client first visit that includes a consultation, detox shampoo, deep conditioning, scalp treatment, styling instruction and a trim. Add-ons include a frizz treatment, a hyaluronic acid scalp treatment and hand-placed metallic tinsel accents, and presses can be finished bone straight, bumped, waved or curled. Prepaid bundles of three or six silk presses are also available.

Beyond pressing, the suite offers blowouts, root and all-over color, braid and takedown services, two-strand twists, loc comb-outs, sew-in installs and removals, K-tip and U-part extensions, lash extensions in several volume styles, wash and go styling, detangling and character makeup. Most services take a deposit at booking, typically between $30 and $50, and the New Client Consultation takes a $15 deposit that is deducted from the service total. A 20% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours. K-tip bookings should be made at least 3 weeks in advance unless the stylist approves otherwise. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 11:30 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 6 AM to 11:30 PM. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking through the services page.
