A small lot sits behind the building but parking is limited, so street parking or the Westerville Parking app are also useful.

The studio was founded by Mary Jenkins, who opened it after years of working as an independent contractor in several salons. She has spent more than ten years in the nail industry. The studio has been open for five years and frames nail care as relaxation as well as beauty. Appointments are unhurried, and the studio describes its nail services as a relaxing hour to unwind.

The menu is grouped into hand and foot services, a men's menu and enhancements. Hand therapy manicures range from the Press manicure for natural nails to the Moona manicure with a gold-level glove and serum treatment. Foot therapy pedicures include the Press, Luxe, Detox, Milk and Honey and Mowie Wowie options. The Milk and Honey uses a masque the studio describes as its own, and the Detox uses charcoal products. Gel-X sets are built on the original Après soft gel system, and the studio is an official Après Certified studio that uses only Après products for those services. Bare Gel-X, an ultra-thin extension system designed to look like natural nails, is also offered.

Enhancements include dip powder, builder gel structure work using a structured gel in five shades, acrylics, and overlays. Freehand nail art ranges from simple designs to a longer signature session, and French, ombre, chrome and cat-eye add-ons are available. Bridal manicures and pedicures and private events such as girls' days and bachelorette parties can be booked through the events page or by email. Bookings with nail art need photos sent by text beforehand.

Cancellations, reschedules and service changes need 24 hours' notice, and a no-show or same-day cancellation carries a $30 fee added to the next visit. Parties of four or more need at least two weeks' notice and a 50 percent deposit. Gratuity is not included, and the studio says 18 to 25 percent is customary. Payment is by major credit card and personal checks are not accepted.
