The menu covers gel manicures, full sets, fill-ins and soft gel work. A Manicure With Gel Polish takes 45 minutes and uses UV or LED-cured polish on natural nails with no added length; the studio says it lasts up to two weeks. A Full Set With Gel Polish takes 90 minutes and applies an acrylic overlay to natural nails, with or without tips. Soft gel options include a new set and a fill-in, and Gel Extension Full Set adds length with full-coverage soft gel tips. Soak-offs, polish changes, mini manicures, French tips and nail design are also offered, and nail repairs are booked with a fill-in or on their own.
Some services depend on what is booked with them. Builder Gel and French Tips are add-ons and must be booked with another service, and Extra Length must be booked with an acrylic full set. A fill-in needs seven or more nails; if more than three nails are missing, it is priced as a full set. Lifting or missing nails need a repair booked for the number of nails affected. Soak-offs include a buff, file and nail strengthener, and the studio will not remove products it did not apply. Polish changes are for clients with acrylic or soft gel extensions and have a one-week maintenance limit.
Booking changes need 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, cancellations within 24 hours and arrivals more than 10 minutes late are charged the full service total. Frequent cancellations or reschedules lead to a nonrefundable deposit on each appointment. Children under 12 may not accompany clients during services. Clients who feel unwell are asked to reschedule, and the studio may refuse service to anyone who appears sick. Clients are asked to share allergies, skin sensitivities or health conditions that could affect an appointment. Repairs needed more than a week after the original appointment, or caused by the client or an accident, carry a repair fee. Changes requested after an appointment may carry an extra fee for added time and product.
Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts, or in a custom amount, and are final once purchased. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The booking page shows 49 reviews, according to the studio.
