The medical director is Dr. Joseph Russo, a board-certified plastic surgeon, and the owner, Bree Evarts, is a nurse who handles injectable treatments. The menu covers several families of treatment. Dermal fillers are split by where they are used: one Juvederm product plumps lips and softens fine lines, another targets moderate to severe lines around the nose and mouth, another softens the lines beside the nose, and another restores volume beneath the skin. Neurotoxin treatments with Botox and Dysport relax the muscles behind frown lines, crow's feet and forehead lines. Kybella is given as a series of injections under the chin, and Sculptra is a collagen stimulator usually given in a short series a month apart. For skin, the practice offers DiamondGlow, a wand-based facial that exfoliates and infuses SkinMedica Pro-Infusion Serums; the VI Peel, a series of six peels for pigment, sun damage, acne and acne scarring, and fine lines; and Morpheus8, a radiofrequency microneedling treatment that stimulates collagen. PRP treatments use growth factors from a client's own blood, both for facial rejuvenation, including under-eye hollows for clients who prefer not to use filler, and for hair restoration. Laser hair removal is provided with Diolaze XL, and IV hydration is available as plain normal saline or with a multivitamin added, both given through a peripheral IV.
