Non-members of the club are welcome for massage and chiropractic visits, and club members can use the sauna, Jacuzzi, showers and childcare.

The chiropractic side offers manual adjustments, Activator instrument adjusting, drop table work, and extremity and visceral adjustments. Treatment plans address back, neck and muscle pain, headaches, sciatica, TMJ, and sprains and strains. Beyond chiropractic, the center offers sports care, orthopedic massage, fascial release, help with sleep disorders, nutritional counseling, applied kinesiology, craniosacral therapy and energy healing. It also handles sports physicals for high school athletes, pre-employment physicals, lab testing, orthotics and orthopedic supports.

Massage styles include Swedish, hot stone, shiatsu, acupressure, reflexology, orthopedic, deep tissue, Reiki, aromatherapy, pre-natal and geriatric massage. Single sessions run from 30 to 120 minutes, and multi-session packages are available.

The skin care menu covers several facial types, including a Deluxe, a Therapeutic, a Mini-Facial and a facial with microdermabrasion. Microdermabrasion works on the outermost skin layers. Chemical peels use a moderately strong AHA and BHA formula across several levels. Microcurrent therapy begins with a 60-minute treatment followed by six 20-minute sessions. Face and body waxing is also offered.

Free consultations are offered for chiropractic, massage and skin care. Clients should arrive at least ten minutes early. Appointments cancelled 24 hours or more ahead are free, while same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled price. Online booking runs through a sign-in portal, and gift certificates can be bought online for a set amount or for a chosen service. Spa membership is available, with details from the center directly.
