Services fall into three groups. Cuts cover children's cuts for ages 2 to 5, short, mid-length and long-length cuts, and bang trims. Color includes one-color applications, partial and full highlights, and glazes. Styling covers blowouts, hot tools, up-dos and braids. The business also says keratin, balayage and ombre are available and can be discussed with a stylist.
Studios are open Monday to Friday from 11am to 7pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm. A 3% surcharge applies to all card payments.
The studios also host events such as birthday parties and prep parties. PREP sells its own hair products, including shampoo, conditioner, styling products, hairspray and dry shampoo. Shampoos and conditioners can be refilled at the studio, and the business states its products are paraben-free and perform as described.
