Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Saturday visits by appointment only; the office is closed Sunday and Monday. The practice is cash-pay for hormone therapy, consultations and in-office procedures, and does not bill health insurance, including Medicare or Medicaid, for those services.
