Premier PMU is a permanent makeup studio in Houston, owned by Jannet Perez, who has worked as a permanent makeup artist since 2019. The studio is built around brows: semi-permanent ombre powder brows, scheduled touch-ups, cover-ups for old tattoo, microblading or ombre brows that have faded, and brow lamination with wax and tint.

Appointments are booked through the studio's online booking page, and questions or photo confirmation can be handled by phone. Hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 2 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 1:30 PM. The studio is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Deposits are required for new clients on several services, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 once it has been approved.

The studio says every client should feel welcome and safe there. Cancellation timing affects the deposit: cancelling more than 24 hours ahead can move it to a later date, while cancelling less than 24 hours ahead forfeits it and requires a new deposit. A no-show is charged 20% of the service price and forfeits the deposit. For those who want to learn the work, the studio offers a 3-day ombre brow course and a 5-day ombre brow beginner training class, each with a deposit.
