Prices are listed per style and change with size and length. Hair is included for most styles, while crochet styles use hair the client supplies. Natural hair colors 1b, 2 and 4 come at no cost. Colored hair in shades such as #27, #30, platinum blonde, red and rainbow adds $5. For a color not on the list, clients choose rainbow and note the shade they want, and extra length starts at an additional $25.

Appointments are confirmed with a deposit, and no deposit means no appointment. Visits run from about 30 minutes for a Belle Braids to around seven hours for a small knotless style, and the average appointment is about three hours. Deposits can be paid through Cash App, Apple Pay, Venmo or Chime. Clients need to cancel at least 48 hours ahead unless weather, illness or a death emergency prevents it. Deposits are non-refundable, including when rescheduling, except where the stylist made an error, and they cannot be moved to a different style. Changing style on arrival cancels the appointment without a refund, and the address is sent to the phone number on file 48 hours before. Wash and deep conditioning are no longer offered, so clients who wash beforehand should arrive with hair free of oils and conditioner, blow dried and detangled. Appointments should not be booked on the same day as an event or special occasion.
