Every visit is by appointment. Consultations are free and are used to learn what each client wants and to build a personalized treatment plan, with clients walking through the options available to them. The Stoneham studio is on the third floor, reached by elevator, and there is a free public parking lot across Central Street. The Chelmsford spa is on the second floor, reached through the glass door on the far right of the building and up the stairs. Stoneham is open Tuesday 8am to 5pm, Wednesday 10am to 7pm and Saturday 8am to 12pm. Chelmsford is open Thursday 11am to 7pm, Friday 10am to 4pm and Saturday 1pm to 4pm.

Neurotoxin treatments use Xeomin, Jeuveau, Dysport or Daxxify and are listed for areas such as forehead, frown and crow's feet lines, bunny lines, gummy smile, lip flip, masseter, chin dimpling, neck bands and excessive sweating. Sessions take about 30 minutes with little recovery time, and results typically begin within 3 to 4 days and last about 3 to 4 months. Neurotoxins are described on the site as FDA-approved. Clients are asked to stay upright for at least four hours afterward and to avoid strenuous activity, hot tubs and saunas for 48 hours.

Hyaluronic acid fillers come from Juvederm, Restylane or RHA and are listed for cheeks and temples, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, lips, jawline, under-eye hollows and chin. Filler appointments take about 60 minutes, results are immediate and last from 6 months to 2 years, and clients must stay within 2 hours of the location for at least 48 hours afterward. Radiesse, a calcium hydroxylapatite biostimulator, is used to encourage the body's own collagen and elastin and is listed for areas including the perioral area, décolletage and hands. Its results build over 3 to 6 months and can last up to 2 years, and maintenance sessions may extend them. Microneedling with growth factors or PRP is recommended as a series of 3 sessions one month apart, followed by boosters every 6 to 12 months. A medical weight loss program using Zepbound (tirzepatide) includes weekly monitoring by a medical professional and begins with a free consultation. Lipo-B12 injections combine methionine, inositol, choline and B12. The weight loss page describes it as an energy and metabolism shot that clients report helps them feel more alert.

Financing is available through Cherry, a third-party buy now, pay later service. Cherry applications are described as having no hard credit checks and take about 60 seconds, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility and interest-bearing plans with APRs as low as 5.99%.
