Each service is adjusted to the client's features and goals, using high-quality products and close attention to detail.

Brow work covers sculpting, which includes mapping, trimming, tweezing and waxing, plus tinting and lamination that lifts and sets the brow hairs for up to 6-8 weeks, according to the salon. Lash options include custom sets in a natural one-to-one style or a fuller, more voluminous look, along with lifts, tints, removal and fills for existing clients. Facials range from a customized basic treatment to hydrodermabrasion, oxygen therapy, LED light therapy and advanced exfoliation, and a professional peel that is not offered to first-time clients.

Brow and lash or facial services can be combined into single bookings. Signature sessions pair a lash lift and tint with a brow sculpt, and the glow rituals include dermaplaning with a full brow sculpt. New clients who have never laminated their brows book a new client sculpt first or send photos of their brows.

Booking is by appointment only and walk-ins are not accepted. Online bookings open 60 days ahead, with a waitlist when no times are open, and a card on file is required. Changes with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 45 percent of the booked services, and no-shows are charged in full. Clients have a 10-minute grace period, and children and extra guests are not permitted. The salon describes itself as women-focused and is not currently accepting new male clients.

The salon also offers a one-to-one brow shaping training course covering sanitation, theory, waxing, brow mapping, brow rehabilitation and tinting. A $500 non-refundable deposit secures dates. Students receive a kit, wax pot, hard wax, a detailed manual and a certification, plus unlimited text support after the course and one shadowing session with the educator.

Services are shaped around each client's hair type and what they want to achieve, with professional-grade products and careful, precise work. Appointments are scheduled without a rushed pace.
